The Lead Mine is for Paid Members. Paid members are those who purchase a membership. Paid Members are simply referred to as "member". These Policies and Procedures apply to everyone who completes the join form. |

Due to our referral program, The Lead Mine has a no refund policy. However, a full refund will be granted, upon request, in the instance that The Lead Mine fails to grant access to the member services (membership leads) within 24 hours of receiving payment, assuming that the New Member Signup Form has also been completed prior to making the membership payment. The TLM leads files are delivered digitally to the individual member web sites, once posted it is the members responsibility to access and use the leads files, failure to access by the member does not constitute delivery failure by TLM. Leads file delivery and posting of the leads file digitally to the members TLM web site back office is "prima facie" evidence of full receipt of leads and receipt of services rendered from The Lead Mine. Access is granted by sending a confirmation email to new members. |

A Member
is required to renew his/her The Lead
Mine membership every month after first
purchase in order to receive 2,000 more
leads and to receive commissions through
our compensation plan benefits. Membership
will be automatically renewed via our
credit card processor or paypal, depending
upon which of these you use to become
a member. |

| 4. |
The membership fee is $80.00 per month (30 days). |
|
|
| 5. |
Commission
payments are paid on or about the 20th
of each month, if your balance has at
least $81.00. Commissions are not due
and payable until the member the commission
is earned from has remained a member
for 31 days. To be eligible for commission
you must be a member for at least 31
days. Canceling prior to this will cause
you to forfeit any commissions. Commissions
are not paid to non members. |

All Members must be of legal working age in the state or country in which they reside. |

| 7. |
All Members are independent contractors and may not represent themselves as an employee, agent or representative of The Lead Mine. |

| 8. |
All Members are personally responsible for reporting of all income earned though membership sales of The Lead Mine. Your total earnings are available in your back office. |

| 9. |
Members may not promote The Lead Mine or its products, nor use The Lead Mine name, logos, or copyrighted material, except in the format provided and/or approved by The Lead Mine. Authorized advertising may be used and is encouraged. |

| 10. |
The Lead Mine does not allow, "Spam", the sending of unsolicited emails for referring prospects specifically to The Lead Mine, or anything that can be traced to The Lead Mine. |

| 11. |
Members may not make false or misleading statements about The Lead Mine, its product, or the opportunity provided. |

| 12. |
The Lead Mine reserves the right to alter or amend prices, rules and regulations, policies and procedures, product availability and compensation plan. Any amendments published on The Lead Mine website, specifically in this Terms of Service document, are automatically incorporated as part of the agreement between The Lead Mine and the Member. |

The Lead Mine reserves the right to terminate Members at any time when it is determined that the Member has violated the provisions of this agreement, including the provisions of these policies and procedures as they may be amended or the provisions of applicable laws and standards of fair dealing. This is at the discretion of The Lead Mine. Any Member terminated for breach of this agreement shall forfeit all commissions owed and shall have no right of recourse against The Lead Mine. |

All fees and commissions stated on this website are in U.S. dollars. |

All members receive an "email your downline" feature. However this feature may or may not be active, and members are strictly forbidden to email their downline with any other interest than The Lead Mine. No other opportunity may be mentioned. That is considered Spam and will result in immediate account termination. |

Upon completing the join form on this website people are immediately considered to be an unconfirmed Member, however they do not gain access to the products or services until payment has been confirmed by The Lead Mine. |

Lead Mine delivers approximately 2000
leads to members, it can vary either
way by 5%. Leads are sold at least twice
to members for economic reasons. The
Lead Mine is not responsible to members
having difficulty importing leads into
autoresponders that have a no duplicates
policy. In those cases we suggest the
member has another autoresponder to
import the leads. The Lead Mine is not
responsible for undeliverables and bounce
backs, based on the Autoresponder a
person imports them into, the number
of importable leads could vary based
on the parameters set by the Autoresponder
Company. The leads do not come with
phone numbers unless you select the
"Telephone" leads. |
